Deranked after winning?

Just deranked after winning 3 in a row. Is this a bug or game still trying to figure out my rank or something else. I was oracle 6 and then after receiving the bonus points from the win streak it now shows I'm oracle 5. Could this be because I had a cheater in my game or something but I still don't think that makes sense in this scenario. Anyone else have this happened to them?
