How on earth do you cope with Vision and EMIS PCS?

I have recently moved from using Emis web to Vision and EMIS PCS (was working in England, now in Scotland). I am genuineky shocked by how backwards and unintuitive these systems are! Has anyone else made this reverse progress switch? Having always moaned about EMIS web, I now feel like I have gone from driving a porsch to a skoda. How long did it take you to get used to using these systems? Anyone (particularly north of the border!)
