Phone Interview for a Branch Manager Role

Hi guys! Have recently moved to the US, my dad got an invitation for a phone interview (30 mins) with a Recruiting Consultant. The interview is for a Branch Manager role. My dad has 25+ years of experience in retail banking outside the US.

Anyone have an idea of what he can expect in the interview? It's his first time interviewing anywhere in the States.
