Question About Rave Family House parties

I recently purchased a family home in Florida in order to keep it in the family.

It has 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, a Pool Table and it's great for a big crew to stay together for a Couchella-like house party weekend.

My husband threw me a surprise birthday party there & it was so fun. All my friends showed up, we live-streamed Bonnaroo and we had a blast. The only issue there is that it's in a residential community so you need to be quiet outside after 10PM. But our party raged on inside til 5am.

I would like to offer, like, a dopamine decor package, I think that would be really fun. And I could have good low-volume bass speakers, all the pretty lights & uv art for people to enjoy ✨️

I gotta wonder though, do large rave and festival crews even rent short term rental homes to throw group house parties / slumber parties? What are your thoughts?
