BASIC quetions

Trying to talk with a tesla rep about delivery... Why can't they give straight answers? We are debating on ordering a tesla; however, we do not want to travel 5 hours to pick it up and they can't give us a straight answer.
This is the response:

I ask about a "Tesla Pop-Up event" and asked if that is a delivery destination...
Tesla: "Yes"

Ask to confirm that it is a delivery destination as we are about to purchase it.
Tesla: "It will go to a showroom in your registration zip code or within 250 miles"

When I look up a tesla delivery/showroom center, the closest is 309 miles.

They won't confirm the "Pop-Up" is a delivery center or not.. any ideas?
