Xfinity free 1 year line

I have xfinity home internet which comes with 12 month of free phone line. Is there any catch on this offer? Do I have to pay taxes and fees or it’s totally free? If there is fee, how much is it? I am paying $7 in taxes and fees per line at t mobile.
