The myth of poc unity

I’m honestly really tired of the poc label, how tf are we supposed to be in community with people who hate us just as much as white people?? There’s derogatory terms for black people in almost every language, they all are using the n word behind our backs because they think it’s funny, and they continue to take things from our culture for their own whilst being nothing but disrespectful towards us. And of course the women pretend like their experiences are exactly the same as ours when it’s really not even close. I know this doesn’t apply to all of them but the negative just seems to outweigh the positive.
