Orilissa side effects

Hey guys. Started taking Orilissa two Sundays ago, and I am STRUGGLING with these side effects. The hot flashes are so bad I can’t sleep, so I had to transition to taking it in the morning, I’m a person who is almost always cold, so this is rough. I’m also nauseous ALL the time. To the point where even smoking weed I can’t really bring myself to eat. Did anyone else feel like this? Any advice?
