After School Activity Locatiom

I run a mini fashion design afterschool club with locations is Dubia Investment Park and Al Furjan. I do not run or want to dun them in the schools. I teach primary 8-12 years. Im looking for suggestions on another good area to expand to and possibly a suggestion for an affordable venue.
