Would I be ok migrating to Linuxmint?

For context I'm fed up with windows

Tons of bloatware for no reason that tanks my performance

Would I be safe using Linux for my games? Ive downloaded all of my games as fitgirl repacks what would I need to use exactly?

I was thinking of using Linuxmint but I'm skeptical wether the 1.5TB of the games I have would even work
