Ring of blood around vertical labret. Normal?

Forgive me for the stupid question!!!
It is only my 2nd facial piercing.

I got my vertical labret done 2 days ago and i am extremely anxious of infections.
There is a ring of dried blood that has glued the top part of the labret down. It's not causing discomfort nor is it green or discolored.

I just want some reassurance that this is normal and will hopefully soften with warm water ?

Also if anyone has tips to clean it without constantly using saline spray let me know! The saline spray is extremely dehydrating for my lips.
