Why is this happening?

I finally got a photo of it!! My watch has suddenly started giving this message very frequently (multiple times per day) for the past week or so. I have tried restarting the watch, disconnecting and reconnecting, updating the app, etc. Any ideas why this is happening? I have the Venu 3.
