New worker is confused

I just started working at Jimmy John’s Monday and I’m still confused on a lot of the sandwiches and I don’t know if I’m supposed to mark every sandwich after wrapping or if it’s only one sandwich do I need to bag it. I need a starter on this stuff 😮‍💨
