Looking for a sit down Mexican restaurant in Americana with mariachis or live entertainment

I am looking for a restaurant with good Mexican food and also a lively atmosphere for a Thursday night in Colonia Americana. mariachis, live band or even a DJ if the other two aren't available.

So far the options are Santo Coyote or Casa Bariachi. Are these two any good or over hyped? Is there another one that I am missing?

I must add this will be on Dia De La Independencia (16th Sept), and I hear not all places are open that night due to the festivities that will be going on night of the 15th
