How should I stereo mix a song that is just fingerpicked guitar, foot taps and a lead vocal

Got a really stripped back song here, should I just keep this one in mono, or should I just do really tightly compacted stereo, like panning only like 10 percent or something?

Also I can't separate out the guitar or anything, every instrument is just a mono track. I am also considering just keeping it on mono but then put a lot of reverb on it to create a stereo illusion

To help give further context the vibe I want for this song is a guy singing in a lonely room by himself type vibe
