Have others experienced this irregular combo?

I have been medically induced into menopause with Myfembree (GnRH antagonist) since about mid-February (6 months). Since then, I have very irregularly woken up (maybe 8-10 times) completely drenched in sweat with extreme nausea that always leads to vomiting (many times over ~10-60 minutes, laying on the cold bathroom floor until I can take gravol without vomiting, then mostly fine).

I know the night sweats are very common, but the absolute need to vomit is a bit dramatic in my opinion 😂 anyone else experiencing something similar?
