App Recommendation Please

Hi All,

I'm having my first bad diabetic day in a looooong time. Can someone please recommend an app that pairs with Dexcom and shows EVERY blood sugar reading, like a history, not just a graph. I am unable to pair my pump with my Dexcom so I currently don't have the ability to see my glucose history and I would like to be able to see it if possible. TY
