M4a 24 help remove old embarrassing trigger?

Thought it would be fun to try get put under after discovering hypno, a hypnotist thought it would be funny to leave me stuck with an embarrassing trigger. Need a super smart tist to help fix this. I barely know anything about hypno but sure you all tists will be super helpful and def not take advantage of this predicament at cost of my dignity instead. This has gotten ridiculous and willing to listen to any tips or take any assistance as long as don't have to show face or do live calls.
