Hotel Advice

Me and my fiance are planning on booking a suite DT for our wedding next year.

Right now we are considering

- Fairmont Vancouver

- Sutton Place Hotels

At both of these we can get a suite for the 3 nights within our budget ($2000 pre tax).

Out of these 2 which would you recommend - or if you have a wildcard that is within budget I am all ears. Our wedding is in Yaletown so want to be fairly close so it is not too far to travel at the end of the night.

For the hotel we want a suite to have room for my bridesmaids and me to get ready, a pool/jacuzzi for us to relax the day after the wedding and some onsite cute places for photos as er sre hoping to find a cute spot to do our first look at the hotel before going off to do group photos (I can see on Sutton hotel website there seems to be a nice staircase area that is accessible. In the Fairmont we do not want to pay the additional $750 or $1500 for their Castle in the city and Grand staircase package)
