3rd Show Cause

I guess I just don’t know what to expect. My son’s father is 13k in counting in arrears….never made 1 full payment. The court told him at the hearing before last that he had 30 days to make 1 payment…he paid $39. So now next week is the 3rd and final show cause hearing. What should I expect to come out of this?
