Reinstating lexapro on 20mg question

So i had been off lexapro 20mg for about 9 months, and when my anxiety and depression had crept back in around April, I started taking it again but am currently 11 weeks in as of today and still am feeling the anxiety, jitters, and depression. Will this go away soon or should I taper down to 10mg because I'm worried that it won't improve since I restarted taking my lexapro on my previous 20mg mode as soon as I started again.
