Completed processing time

Hi i am seeking for some advice that what should i do next,

My express file processing time was 7 months when i got Aor and tomorrow on 14th aug i will complete my processing time and i haven’t received any FD or updates till now. Below is my timeline

Ita 7th jan
Aor 14th jan
Bil 18th march
Medical 24th march
Bg in progress
Eligibility in progress
