Lawsuit regarding mold

Hi everyone I’m new to posting so bear with me while I explain.

I moved into a unit around December. Was older but seemed nice. Moved everything in and all was going well. I started to develop skin rashes and bad sinus infections by late February. We live in az so I figured it was from the dust// dry air. Went to dr and got meds for sinus infections. All seemed well. A couple of weeks later my step mom came by, walked in and automatically said you have water damage. She said the smell was no one other. I guess I was nose blind to it and my friends aswell. As I started to notice the smell it had gotten worse. I looked far and wide for mold, water damage
, anything that could be the culprit of the smell. I couldn’t find it. I went to the property manager with my concerns of wanted damage. She brushed it off saying it was the ac pan that was full and probably not draining well. I believed her and went on with my life. They fixed it the next day. I did a deep clean and opened the doors and windows to air out the smell. A couple of days later I noticed the smell getting worse but just figured that was an old building smell and I would just have to ride out my lease. While I was just surviving at this point I developed the worst rashes under my eyebrows on my eyelids. On my arms legs. I developed brain fog, suicidal thoughts, bad sinus infections, cough, ect. I had everything under the sun wrong with me. So finally in late April early may I started getting on them that there was something environmentally wrong. As all was happening my health , mental health, and life was declining by the day. My work life was terrible. I wasn’t a person people wanted to be around, and I don’t blame them.
The property mgr and maintenance wasn’t doing anything to help and kept telling me nothing was wrong.
Finally I got in contact with a lawyer. There was no way I could live another second in that apt without going crazy. I sent them a 7 day notice to fix the issue or relocate me to a new unit so I could heal. As I didn’t have health insurance I couldn’t go to the dr but we all know the dr couldn’t help anyway. I did get blood tests done and my inflammation levels for environmental mold were very high. The property got a mold inspection done and it came back completely negative. So I ended up getting my own because I knew that wasn’t correct. I got one done and it was mostly clear other than high counts of environmental molds. But the lab said I should be worried about the high counts of hyphal fragments in the air. No one of this was enough to get me out of my lease. I just wanted out.
Finally the beginning of June my lawyer said you are moving out. Ok cool I’m out but I need reimbursement. My savings account has been dried out from dr apts to moving to getting all of these tests done.
I ended up quitting my job because I was not mentally there anymore. Got a new apt and it has helped me detox well. I ended up seeing a ent and had to get full sinus surgery due to so much bacteria and fungus in my sinuses. I have ongoing stomach issues I have been dealing with aswell. The worst anxiety and much more. I’m glad I’m out but it cleaned my savings out and I am not financially doing great anymore. Is it wrong for me to want more as I’m going to be dealing with these health issues for a while.
Does anyone have experience with suing a leasing agency and what proof and or information do I need.

I do have a lawyer but I just wanted to hear everyone’s thoughts.

Tia!
