SilencerShop dealer doesn’t want to do 4473 for Suppressor

Just purchased a suppressor from a SilencerShop dealer, and he informed me that he hasn’t received written direction from anyone stating that he can process the Suppressor through a 4473 only. He tried beginning the form 4 process (Caved in and said I’ll just do the Form 4) on his dealer account and the option is completely gone. He said he would hold the suppressor until he receives a written direction from the ATF.

What do I do?
