How do you show affection?

I've come to realize I don't show affection at all. I always knew that to a certain extent because I think that is one of the reasons I don't have close friends. Recently I've had my first "romantic" situationship and now I realize how BAD I am at showing emotions, at being affectionate.

Its weird because I WANT to show affection and emotions but I dont know how to do it.

Like, simple things, holding hands and hugging.

Do you guys have a problem with that too? Does anyone here has any advice? 🥹
