26 [M4M] looking for a bro to vent after embarrassing doc visit

Hey guys, not experienced in this, so bear with me if it’s messy. I’m a shy dude, aged 26, not great at chatting with other guys or making friends like that. I keep in decent shape with some gym time, but that’s about it for my social skills around bros.

Anyway, I had this super awkward thing happen at the doctor’s the other day – situation that I can’t stop cringing about.
