Ferritin tanked after giving blood 2x since November.

Ferritin is sitting right now at 30 (not too bad but in the red for quest) but was 213 before starting trt about 18 months ago. My last blood donation was June, prior to that it was Thanksgiving. So I am not donating super often. I am done donating for now. I take Naringin but still cant get hematocrit down (it was 50 before even starting trt, got to a high of 54.7 and is 54 now. (did get it to 50.4 after donating in June).

Clearly, I cannot keep donating. I probably am taking these blood tests mildy dehydrated because they are shortly after waking.

My protocol is 1x weekly 100mg of xyosted because it is so easy to administer. Will talk to doc soon but plan to both cut and split dose.

Thinking of going to 40 mg 2x a week. Does that seem like a logical next step?

My estrogen is also super high (66 was 19 before starting trt) but I dont have any sides besides some water retention. Libido is great (maybe too great).

To summarize, thinking of lowering and splitting dose. Any other tips or suggestions?
