To help with preparation for the potential Tropical Storm this weekend, the County will have sandpiles available after 3pm to make your own sandbags.

You can purchase empty sandbags from most hardware stores, I know Home Depot in Hilo has some and Central Supply sells snake tubes. Army Surplus store on Mamo st usually has them as well.
