Manic panic?

Im probably going to bleach my hair for the first time and have only ever used temporary dye. I am thinking of getting the manic panic flash lightening kit in 30 volume and am wondering if anyone knows if its good. I use adore hair dye and aldready knwo my colors if i do bleach it so im just wondering about the bleach?
