Bank of Ireland loans?

Just looking to see what my chances are here, applied for a loan a little over two weeks ago they were back in contact with me last Friday my proof of address was not acceptable (mobile phone bill) so sent them on proof of address from revenue they gave me the impression on the phone that once I sent that, the loan was pretty much secured but, it has been processing since then, called them again today and they said it’s still processing and will be in touch in 24-48 hours. Am I waiting for a no or what do we think? Thanks guys!
