Can this product used with shrimps and snails?

I started a planted tank not too long ago - I have simple plants and some shrimps, mystery snails, and a few guppies. Can this product be used in such a tank? It is written on the bottle that it is safe for shrimps and snails, and fish, but is it really? It has a very minor amount of copper, 0.001%. My tank is about 20 gallons
