Hello everyone! This is my first time making a post asking for recommendations because I usually never run out of things to read: I actually read everything I plan to read. I think I’ve read around 279 manhwas just this year, and I’m having so much fun reading!

I’ll read pretty much anything as long as it has a good plot and interesting characters.

This post would probably be huge if I listed everything I’ve already read, so please don’t recommend very popular titles. I want to discover lesser-known manhwas with genuinely good stories. Nothing as popular as Codename: Anastasia, for example. I want to find those hidden gems that hardly anyone talks about!

If it helps, I’d love recommendations similar to Lost in the Cloud, Master Peace, Dark Heaven, and Amber Alert.

I don’t really care about the art style, as long as the anatomy is proportional and the characters are well-drawn.

I also don’t like it when a series has chapter after chapter focused mainly on adult content. Please don’t recommend things like Flashlight or Full Volume, because I don’t enjoy it when the adult content is constant and takes up a large part of the story.

As for heavier themes, I don’t mind violence, abuse, homophobia, or rape, as long as these elements actually serve a purpose in the story and contribute to good writing rather than being included just for shock value.

If you recommend historical works, I’d especially love ones with well-developed characters and a good story.

And please, nothing too weird or something that feels like it was made purely for shock value. I want something with an genuinely interesting story and characters I can get invested in.

And once again: no popular titles! I mainly want to discover things I probably haven’t heard of yet.

Note: You can recommend anything — manhwas, manga, anime, comics, etc., as long as it’s BL. But this time, I’m mainly looking for manhwas.

Thank you so much to everyone who takes the time to recommend something! I really want to discover some lesser-known gems.

I highly recommend it!

Please recommend some manhwas to me.
