What is happening to me

This has happened multiple times so this morning I got grabbed my laptop turned it on started playing a game played that game for most likely 15 - 20 then I realized my laptop was on the other side of the room on my dresser (I had just hallucinated playing on my laptop wtf)
This started abt 2 months ago and it’s not every morning
