Questione: Company name field

Hi all

First time creating a Google workspace account so sorry if the question sounds dumb but I wasn't able to find a 100% reliable source for the answer.

I'm self-employed in Italy, hence my activity name registered with the local office is simply my personal name.

I wanted to create for the first time a business email but using a brand name that I'm planning to use for my digital presence. During the creation process of a workspace account I'm asked for the company name field but also mandatory fiscal info like fiscal code and VAT number....hence the question:

If I enter the fiscal code and VAT number of my activity, is it a must that the Company Name field in workspace matches the activity name at the tax office (in this case my personal name) or can they be different without any issue?
