Hydroxyzine turned against me

I’ve been struggling with insomnia for over a month now after a traumatic event and I take a half an Ativan at night and have for a couple years and I was also given hydroxyzine to help sleep and normally it will help some but last night it kept me away and gave me the weirdest feeling in my head. Like anxiety mixed with dizziness and it kept me up all night. It was gross. Now I’m worried to take it again .
