What is "good" on this site?

Hi, I´ve joined RR last december and starting january first till the end of April I´ve written my first book in a series on it. I havent uploaded anything in four months cause burnout and making backlog.

From time to time I see posts here about people going "is this good" or "Why is my story not doing better" and stuff like that and it keeps confusing me cause I havent yet reached even 17k total views and have less than 40 followers yet people who had higher stats than that in a week complain about bad turnout or needing to relaunch to make it to rising stars (I gave up on that entirely cause from my understanding if you dont manage it within the first few months it wont get there unless a miracle happens like with the "worst litrpg on RR" story that recently exploded.)

This isnt me trying to whine about my own numbers, otherwise Id screenshot them or something.

I guess what Im trying to ask is, what numbers are agreed on to be "good"? Am I only doing good if I reach Rising Stars?" Am I good if I get my rank into the low 5000´s? Im just clueless and curious at this point.
