advice please for missing my med offer

I had a contextual offer of abb and have ended up with bbc in bio, psych and chem. I'm devestated and rn everything just feels hopeless especially since I didn't expect to get this result.

I got redirected to biomed but I've heard that it isn't worth doing especially as it is even more competitive to get into grad entry med. I am planning on instead resitting + reapplying and have already booked my UCAT but need some guidance on what to do.

Idk what London Unis would accept resits ? I might be elligible for extenuating circumstances but I'm not sure and my situation isn't ideal as my gcses are not competitive.

I feel so sick and stupid can someone please give me some advice
