Looking for shop for lease.

Hi I am looking for a small shop for lease in Regina. Approx 500-700 sq feet, heated with a garage door. it would mainly be used for storage of tools and material but would also be nice to be tall enough to fit my service van in it. If any one is aware of such a space or would know who to contact for such a thing I would appreciate the advice. Thanks in advance.
