Restaurant added a $60 tip to my $55 bill — how do I get this fixed with Chase?

Product Benefits

Hi everyone, hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
I ate at Esther Kitchen in Las Vegas, NV last week. My bill was around $55 for a pizza and two drinks. I tipped enough to round the total to about $60, so roughly a $5 tip. I just checked my Chase account and the charge is $115.27. It looks like they tacked on an extra $60 on top of the original bill/total I authorized.
I don't have a receipt — I genuinely didn't think a place like this would pull something like that. Has anyone successfully disputed something like this with Chase? Should I call, file online, or submit a written dispute? Any tips on getting this resolved quickly?
Thanks in advance.
