GCDC?

I'm going on a trip to DC soon and my family wants to go to Grilled Cheese DC, and I'm wondering how safe it is. I'm planning on getting the Mac n Cheese. I'm aware of the precautions they take, but I've been glutened by restaurants that say similar things. has anyone been there that can help me out? thx
