I need help stopping my Porn addiction please I need help

I am addicted to porn, and it’s tearing apart my relationship with my partner. I don’t know how to stop and I can’t afford therapy, I lose control at slightest bit how arousal. My partner doesn’t have a very strong sex drive and we only do it once in a while. And in those in between times I need stimulation. I have a very high sex drive, and I just can’t help my self. And the thing is, I don’t even like watching porn anymore, it’s only in that brief moment of arousal, and then after i regret it and start crying because how disgusting i am of my self. I need help learning self control and I don’t have anyone to talk to about it. Please help
