Waking up too early

For the past few years, I’ve struggled with not being able to sleep for long enough in the morning. For context, I’m 29 y/o F. Single, no kids, very low stress levels. Regular exercise, meditation, and yoga. I go to bed around 10 every night and usually fall asleep fine, but wake up around 5:30-5:45 every morning. I wear an oura ring and am usually getting 7-7.5 hrs of sleep most nights and wake up feeling immediately exhausted, shaky, foggy.

It’s not like I’m not getting any sleep at all, almost 8 hours usually, but I wake up feeling SO not okay and then am struggling all day. I have perfect sleep hygiene, no screens before bed, no caffeine, etc. Ive tried every supplement out there. Glycine helped a ton for a few days but then did nothing after that. Occasionally I do get a solid 8-8.5 hrs and wake up feeling amazing, it’s just crazy that anything short of 8 and I am so messed up. Id say 9/10 nights are not a full 8. I’ve tried shifting my bedtime and that doesn’t help either. On the weekends if I stay up past 10 I still wake up way too early.

It’s progressively gotten worse over the years and doctors are not helpful. Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve literally gone down every rabbit hole and I’m out of ideas.
