I don't relate to what a lot of people say about their ADHD, and that worries me

Questions/Advice

A lot of people for instance seem to be sharply aware of what goes on their heads 24/7; meanwhile not only have I begun to notice that semi recently since my diagnosis but now I'm worried that that may not have been the case all along. Does that say more about me?

Am I the only who doesn't so distinctly remember if they had their symptoms consistently throughout their whole lives or not? Just fragments or moments?

Who didn't know how chatty their brain is until after they got diagnosed? Or what even they concretely did that led me to procrastinate, leave things to the last minute or rely on others to get them done, just the issues/outcomes themselves?

Who doesn't necessarily interrupt others no matter the circumstance unless they're really hyped/immersed in the conversation?

Who isn't certain they're 100% benefiting from stimulants upon the first trial because...symptoms are about the big picture, not innately bad experiences? And because being alert in anticipation can impact the outcomes as well?

I am aware that my anxiety could play a role in me thinking that way but I also suspect that what ADHD entails and leads to contributes to one's ability to noticing it. How come no one addressed the paradox of one identifying their own inattentive ADHD: inattentiveness especially if brief and frequent isn't easily noticeable which means one cannot know if one generally suffers from that issue or not...
