Lost in religion

Hello all

I have a couple of questions on religion in general.

1. What is the criteria that makes you think this must be a true religion?

2. How deep do you dig into it? Because from what ive noticed is that if you dig deep enough into almost any religion you'll find darker sides that make you rethink it.

3. Do you relate youre religion to external factors in your life? Like would you convert for your significant other?

4. Do you 100% believe in your religion or do you accept that it also MAY be flawed?

5. How does the concept of eternal hell change your views on it?

Any help is aperciated I just feel lost spiritually and I cant seem to find any solid truth that matches history and morals and so on.
