[Tool] Discord bot that tracks Club member fan counts and quotas
Hey everyone, a while back I posted a Discord bot that tracks your club members' fan counts. Back then it scraped ChronoGenesis and you had to self-host the whole thing. Almost all of that has changed and we have now over 250 Clubs using it, so here's the update.
You don't have to self-host it anymore. UmaCore is a public, Discord-verified bot now, one invite link and you're done. It reads from the uma.moe API instead of running a scraper, so it's far lighter and doesn't fall over when a page layout changes.
There's a web dashboard: https://umacore.app log in with Discord and you get every club in servers where you're an admin: quota history per member, bomb tracker, rank charts, member management, and all club settings without touching a single command.
New since the last post:
- Live board — one message per competition day that edits itself as fans come in, final edit when the day closes
- Visual reports — optional PNG tally instead of text embeds, with progress bars and rank movement
- Trainer cards —
/my_statusrenders a card with team rating, global fan ranks and follower count /promotion— how many fans the club needs to climb to the next rank milestone, and how long at your pace- Charts —
/progress_chartfor the running month,/previous_monthfor a full recap - Roles — let non-admins manage one club, or every club in the server, via a Discord role
- Flexible quotas — daily / bi-weekly / monthly, plus mid-month changes that recalculate everyone's history
- Public club page — shareable link showing live quota health, no login needed
- Setup checklist, audit log and changelog in the dashboard
Still doing everything it did before: daily auto-tracking of every member, bomb warnings (3 days behind → 7 day countdown to recover), join/leave detection, DM alerts for members who link their Discord, multi-club support, and monthly reset handling.
Setup is: invite the bot → /add_club with your circle ID → /set_report_channel. Takes a couple of minutes, full guide is on the site.
It's free and MIT open source. Self-hosting is still fully supported if you'd rather run your own instance, the repo has the instructions.

One caveat: all data comes from uma.moe, so accuracy follows theirs. They refresh every 5 minutes for top 100 clubs and hourly for everyone else, and the live board polls hourly — so it's close to real time up top and roughly hourly further down. Be aware only the daily scrape actually writes data to the UmaCore DB.
