Outfit Ideas?/DRAAG Head canon

I'm planning outfits for October shows. I'm going to two. On one of the shows, I want to subtly cosplay but not in military attire. I began to think, how would a male citizen from DRAAG dress up? Any ideas? I was thinking like old Soviet clothing style.Or like a Peacoat or a Overcoat with black slacks. With the DRAAG pin attached to the collar
