.How do we get a divorce and make sure we keep the house?

Long story short I'm in a poly relationship and my legal husband and I would like to get a divorce so that my partner and I can get married. We've been legally married for 8.5 years and we wanna make sure my husband will be able to keep the house under his name, even though the three of us will continue to live there. I understand the risks of giving up my portion of the house, I'm not interested in hearing about that.

How do we get a no fault divorce in North Carolina, and ensure he gets the house. He's going to school and has a $20/hr+ job, plus supplemental income from his GI bill.

How do we do this as quietly and quickly as possible, while nothing gets messed up.

We're all in agreement about it and want to remain together.
