Post interview email

Hey guys i did a final round interview for a med surg unit with the nurse manager and HR followed up with an email later that afternoon:

This email is to inform you that the manager is interested in you for a future RN position on the Med Surg unit!
 
We’re expecting future openings on this unit, I will contact you as soon as I receive it.
 
If you would like to follow up with me in 1 or 2 weeks, you can. 
 
 Please let me know if you have any questions.

Im just confused because the nursing manager told me during the interview she still had a few interviews this week and that she would follow up with an answer in about a week. So i dont wanna get my hopes up until the nurse manager actually reaches out and offers the position. What do u guys think?
