Illness, first trimester

This is a lot… I am 6 weeks pregnant & for about a week I have had a virus that has since turned into a presumed sinus infection… a few days ago my temp got to 100.4. I took one Tylenol & it never came back. I am DEVASTATED that I had to take a Tylenol so early on.. I can’t help but think it will affect the baby. In addition, my dentist believes that a dental implant I had placed last year may be infected! I had a small abscess on my gum line a few days ago, drained, and hasn’t returned. She has ordered Amoxicillin 500 mb three times a day for 7 days. I can’t make this up!! So now I’m stressing not only about my illness and taking Tylenol once, but now I’m taking Amoxicillin at 6 weeks pregnant… anyone gone through something similar & can tell me it will all be okay????!
