Possible to scale up a Hetzner box to CX43?

I have a CX33 and the new prices are a bit too much for me, I see the CX43 seems to be an option on the Rescale menu - is it possible to just beef up the box? Will all my data be ported over too and it'll just be more powerful?

Never rescaled before on Hetzner.

Are the CX43 boxes even available?
